Warranty Information for Stacking Banquet Chairs

Frame

Public Seating warrants the structural integrity of the chair frame against defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use for a period of fifteen years from the original date of purchase.

Foam

Seat foam is warranted against excessive loss of resiliency or collapse resulting from defects in materials or manufacturing for five years under normal commercial use. 

Upholstery

Upholstery materials and workmanship are warranted by the individual fabric mills ranging between five years to lifetime warranties dependent upon fabric selections. 

Powder Coat and Finish

Powder coat finishes are warranted against peeling, blistering, or defects in application under normal indoor commercial use. 

Stacking Damage

Chairs are designed to be stacked in accordance with Public Seating’s recommended stacking guidelines. 

Limited Warranty for Metal/Plastic Folding Chair

We warrant that our folding chair is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential and commercial use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

This warranty covers:

  • Structural defects in the metal frame
  • Manufacturing defects in the plastic seat and backrest
  • Defective welds, rivets, or hardware resulting from manufacturing errors
  • Failure of materials under normal use within the stated 330 lb weight capacity

Weight Capacity

This Chair is designed and tested to support a maximum static load of 330 pounds. Exceeding this weight limit or using the chair in a manner inconsistent with its intended design may result in damage or injury and will void this warranty.

Warranty for Folding Bamboo (Wooden) Chair

This limited warranty lasts for 90 days from the date you buy the wooden folding chair. It covers broken parts from normal indoor use. It does not cover weight overload or water damage.

What is Covered

  • Broken wood parts from normal sitting
  • Loose joints that fail under normal use
  • Missing parts at the time of delivery
